Hobo Kiosk 89th best bar in EUROPE
Tucked below ground level on the corner of Jamaica Street and Bridgewater Street, Hobo Kiosk is now recognised as the 89th best bar in all of Europe by the European Bar Guide (EBG) 2025, with customers flocking from across the continent. The EGB scored Hobo 8.8/10 for its distinct style, decor and atmosphere.
Quirky, cosy and fun, Hobo is the perfect place for a quiet pint. Run by husband and wife, Delia and (Baltic Triangle Area CIC board member) Tristan Brady-Jacobs, Hobo’s basement bar is whimsical and eccentric, unashamedly colourful and personalised.
The community-focused spot serves drinks from local independent brewers with keg beers and a range of craft beers, spirits and whiskies. Its Wednesday night quiz sells out on a regular basis – so we’d recommend being quick if you want to test your knowledge against quizmaster Treve Fleming; or pop in for a gig, event or a meandering chat. A pub where weirdness, creativity and Liverpool’s character are celebrated.
Hobo is open Wednesday to Friday until 10pm and 8pm on Sundays.
