BALTIC
TRIANGLE
CIC

As an organisation, the ‘Area CIC’ is a group of volunteers, drawn from businesses and residents in the area, who’re passionate about the Triangle. Our founding aim is to promote the development of the Baltic Triangle as a creative, industrious and pioneering district. We’re a voice for the area within the city, promoting a strong clear vision for the area to local, national and international audiences.

Our vision for the Baltic Triangle is of a vibrant culture-led neighbourhood, with an infrastructure to support its growing residential community, enabling its businesses to thrive. It’s of an active, buzzing neighbourhood which is safe, bright and sustainable; its unique flavour making it a good place to live, work and play.

In his day job, Darren is a Director at Pegasus Group, a development consultancy, where I lead the town planning team.

He is dedicated to creating a balanced and inclusive environment that benefits both residents and businesses. Darren’s goal is to ensure that the Baltic Triangle remains a thriving hub for creativity, culture, and economic growth, while preserving its unique character and heritage.
