Creative Cities Conference comes to the Baltic Triangle
The Baltic Triangle will host the 8th annual Creative Cities Convention (CCC) on 6–7 May 2026, at Camp & Furnace. The annual event is the only event dedicated to professionals making film, TV and digital content outside London and was staged in Bradford in 2025.
The event powers a multi-million pound creative sector and arrives in Liverpool for the first time.

This year’s theme ‘Where TV Meets Digital’ focuses on AI, cross-platform storytelling and new production technologies and will include a talk from screenwriter Jimmy McGovern, alongside other industry leaders.
Attendees will experience a mix of industry interviews, panel discussions, a screenings programme, meet-the-commissioner/producer sessions and more. Day One features a full afternoon of sessions alongside an evening networking party –Day Two hosts another full day of debates and discussion. The event’s Skills Summit will offer workshops for freelancers and emerging talent, at BOXPARK.
