Gråel
One for the footwear fans, Gråel was born in 2016 at a kitchen table – but has grown into a Baltic staple, with celebrity clients and a subscription service.
Founder Michael Achilleos is an avid collector of designer footwear and, naturally, noticed the growing demand for reliable, luxury shoe cleaning, tackling leather, mesh and suede cleaning, re-dye and glittering and sole replacement.
Gråel’s Foot With Love project supports community work and sustainability by salvaging and restoring worn trainers and reselling them, with proceeds going back to The Gråel Foundation. If we walked a mile in his shoes, we would truly be taking a step in the right direction towards sustainable footwear.
