Sort Rehearsal Rooms
Sort is a state-of-the art rehearsal facility in the Triangle, created by musicians, for musicians, to help them make it in the music industry. Conceived from more than 20 years’ experience in the music business, Sort is the perfect place to hone your sound, hang out with like-minded musicians and become part of a thriving creative community.
Everything in Sort is born of experience – the team knows what works and what doesn’t: the pain of carrying equipment up flights of stairs means Sort’s space features a flat load-in ramp that’s open 24/7. They know you want to plug in and play as soon as you arrive, so they set everything up for musicians who store their gear there, leaving you with only one job: making music. Everything else is Sorted.
Rooms are purpose built and professionally soundproofed, with full PA, drum kit, two guitar amps, a bass amp and a couple of mics and XLRs. Additional mics, snare drums and cymbals are available for a small charge.
