#PlayBaltic at Liverpool LightNight in the Baltic Triangle, Liverpool’s Art Quarter
[18/05/2012]
For one night of the year Liverpool LightNight illuminates the city and delights visitors of all ages by providing opportunities to explore, discover, rediscover and participate in a triumphant programme of impressive happenings citywide.

The Baltic Triangle is hosting an eclectic programme of events to beat the drum for the Art Quarter during this years LightNight. The Baltic Triangle is an encampment of creative people, entrepreneurs and their combined businesses whose creative, industrious and pioneering vision are building a creative community to underwrite the city’s reputation as a distinguished metropolis of culture.

A creative community who see the potential in transforming the timeworn complex of vast Victorian factories and industrial spaces into an independent, creatively led concept, which incorporates architecture, art, music, design, food and hospitality.

Last year hundreds of Light Night adventurers steered their way down to the Baltic Triangle with a whole host of amazing activities & revelry. For Light Night 2012 we've gone even bigger; a multi-venue, multi-activity, multi-amazing evening of events lies ahead.

Never before has there been so much on offer all in the heart of the Arts Quarter for this national event. #PlayBaltic offers people the chance to create their very own tour and uncover the enigmatic Baltic Triangle.
